Appointment Information – The Fine Print
Medusa London provide made-to order, custom and bespoke wedding dresses designed for the anti-bride. When you book an appointment with us, we will deduct the cost of the consultation from the final price for dresses bought on the day.
We offer virtual appointments and in-person appointments On Monday and on Wednesday-Sunday. However, if you need a Tuesday appointment please enquire via email to check availability.
If you must cancel, please let us know via email 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the appointment fee will be lost. Please email us at info@medusalondon.com to tell us you cannot attend and we’ll reschedule for you!
