We currently offer wedding dress sizes 6 (UK) to size 18 (UK) – However we are working on improving our size offering so until we can add bigger sizes to our standard offering, we’ll make-to-measure all dresses in sizes we don’t offer free of charge,

If you would like us to show you our collections or if you would like to have a fitting for one of our wedding dress pieces, we would love to hear from you. We do ask that clients book appointments so that our designer can give you full attention!
If you are shopping for your new anti-wedding dress then we may expect you to bring part of your bridal party. Due to the size of our studio and to ensure you get the best possible experience, we allow up to 2 guest. During viral outbreaks, we may restrict numbers to a minimum.
The length of your appointment will vary based on what you need from us. A fitting appointment can take up to 1.5 hours. You should schedule to have the morning or afternoon free if you visit us in case the appointment runs over. We always factor in extra time for every appointment so we recommend you do too! There are so many bridal looks to choose from that we encourage you to take your time and enjoy the process!
We will happily perform alternative wedding dress alterations on Medusa London dresses. We are not able to take orders for wedding dress alterations to other wedding gowns. This is due to the sustainable nature of the fabrics and materials we use.
When you order a unique wedding dress from Medusa London, you choose from an array of designs which we have pre-made as samples. When you order your newly stitched wedding dress through us, you receive a completely new, made just for you in the size that is the closest to your body measurements. Please note, made to order dresses will require alterations to fit perfectly.
Alternatively if you would prefer a dress made to your exact measurements, we offer a Made-to-measure and bespoke service!
Our cutting edge wedding dresses, gowns, and bridal outfits take between 3 and 8 months to be ready. The length of time depends on how busy we are at that moment. We can accommodate rush orders but you must contact us to discuss this ahead of time.
We have a zero tolerance return or refund policy. This is because each of our dresses are hand made to perfectly fit you. Your Medusa London wedding gown will be entirely designed to fit you like a glove. We cannot resell returns, and so we cannot accept them.
We offer bespoke wedding dress services worldwide. We can start with a look from our Medusa’s Muses or our Metamorphosis collections and customise the look until you are happy. Alternatively, we can create a fully bespoke, brand new, designed for you and with you, totally unique wedding dress.
