Appointment Information – The Fine Print
We provide made-to order, custom and bespoke wedding dresses. When you book an appointment with us, we will deduct the cost of the consultation from the final price for dresses bought on the day.
We offer virtual appointments and in-person appointments.
Our appointment fee is not refundable, but If you must cancel, please let us know via email 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule your appointment free of charge. Please email us at info@medusalondon.com
Any appointment cancelled with less notice will not be entitled to a free reschedule or a refund.
